Refund policy
We take utmost care in creating every baby's outfit, for hygiene purposes we do not offer returns. For returns due to damages, a complete unboxing video without any cut and pause is required to proceed further. Incase you receive a damaged product, we offer full refund/exchange without any charges. For exchanges, we need to be informed within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Returns/exchanges are not valid on sale/discounted orders and are considered final sale. No order cancellations/returns/refunds available on any products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A complete unboxing video without any cut and pause is required to proceed further with the return process
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
