Shipping policy

Ready to dispatch category orders will usually be shipped within 3-5 working days. During festive season like Diwali, pongal, New year etc. this time will increase. Always check the accurate shipping time team available on whatsapp before placing order. All other categories will be shipped within 8-12 working days. For fully customized orders, the shipping time will be 12-14 working days. If needed very urgent, kindly let us know the same via WhatsApp message(+918778522446) and we will help you out based on availability of slots. During festive season, heavy order surges are expected hence there may be delays encountered. Please reconfirm the delivery date by reaching out to us on whatsapp(+918778522446), if ordering for a specific occasion. Shipping carriers used: India Post Speed Post, Professional Couriers.

Orders can be tracked once they have been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking code and the carrier details to your registered email used while booking the order. 

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated once shipped. Incase you’re unable to track your order, please share your order ID or email ID on Whatsapp(+918778522446) and we’ll help you.
